Lead stages (rep view)
Your manager configures stages per campaign. On most pharmacy field campaigns you will see:
| Stage | What it usually means for you |
|---|---|
| New | On your list but not visited yet |
| Intro | First visit or introduction done |
| Demo | Demo delivered |
| Trial | Outlet trying the product |
| Follow-up | Ongoing pursuit |
| Negotiation | Pricing or terms discussion |
| Deployment / Go-live support | Post-sale rollout |
| Won / Lost | Closed outcome |
Update stage when you log a visit if the outlet moved — that feeds your Reports and your manager’s team view automatically.
