Lead stages (rep view)
Qualification (what you work day to day)
Section titled “Qualification (what you work day to day)”On Leads you primarily see Qualification:
| Qualification | What it usually means |
|---|---|
| New | On your list; not worked yet |
| Attempting | You logged a first interaction |
| Contact Info | Reachable contact confirmed |
| MQL Qualified | Fit and interest confirmed |
| SQL Qualified | Demo-ready |
| Disqualified | Stopped with a reason |
| Converted | Deal(s) created |
Use Add interaction for touches. Use Convert to deal when you are ready to open the POS deal (and optional addons). Full details: Inside-sales flow.
Campaign visit stages (optional history)
Section titled “Campaign visit stages (optional history)”Your manager can still configure visit outcome labels per campaign. On many pharmacy campaigns you may still see:
| Stage | What it usually means for you |
|---|---|
| New | On your list but not visited yet |
| Intro | First visit or introduction done |
| Demo | Demo delivered |
| Trial | Outlet trying the product |
| Follow-up | Ongoing pursuit |
| Negotiation | Pricing or terms discussion |
| Deployment / Go-live support | Post-sale rollout |
| Won / Lost | Legacy closed labels — prefer deal / deployment outcomes |
Update campaign stage when you log an interaction only if your campaign still uses those fields — that feeds some Reports tabs.
For the full manager reference, see Lead lifecycle stages.
Closing a sale is deployment Won (or an addon deal Won), not a lead Qualification. See Inside-sales flow.
