Why the rep workspace

Audience: Field sales reps and prospects evaluating the CRM for a field team.
Purpose: Understand why the rep workspace is built around your assigned leads, visit logging, and personal reports — not manager setup tools.

Reps waste time on leads they do not own, duplicate data entry after visits, and cannot see whether managers received their new-outlet requests. End-of-week reporting often means copying visit notes into a separate spreadsheet while managers chase the same numbers in another system.

The rep workspace shows only your assigned leads, logs visits in one dialog (outcome, stage, notes), and routes new outlets through Approvals so nothing is lost in chat.

Visit records feed manager dashboards and your Reports tabs automatically — you do not file a separate weekly update.

Visit records drive manager dashboards and nine report tabs automatically. Competitors often treat visits as optional notes; here they are the source of truth for coverage, conversion, and month-to-date pace.

On our own pharmacy routes, reps log the visit once at the counter — stage moves to Intro or Follow-up, and the manager’s Reports → Visits chart updates the same evening. No duplicate WhatsApp summaries.

  1. Open Journey plan and confirm today’s route.
  2. Work Leads and log visits after each stop.
  3. Submit lead for new outlets; track Approvals.
  4. Review Reports before your weekly check-in.

Managers who need to configure campaign types, import CDSL files, or assign leads across a team should use the Sales Manager guide instead. Reps do not see Operations items (Campaign Types, Lead Imports, Rules) in the sidebar.
